Quotes & Pricing 
All pricing provided is an estimate and may be adjusted based on:
- Distance 
- Wait time 
- Item size, weight, or special handling requirements 

Final pricing will be confirmed prior to dispatch.

Payment Terms 
Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed.

Customer Responsibilities 
Customers agree to:
- Provide accurate pickup and delivery information 
- Ensure items are properly packaged 
- Disclose fragile, valuable, or sensitive items 

Delivery Timeframes 
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to traffic, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Limitation of Liability 
LineSaver Express is not liable for:
- Damage caused by improper packaging 
- Delays outside our control 
- Undisclosed fragile or high-value items 

In all cases, liability is limited to the value of the delivery fee charged.

Refusal of Service 
We reserve the right to refuse service for any item that is unsafe, illegal, or unsuitable for transport.

Governing Law 
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.
