Cancellation Policy – LineSaver Express

Order Cancellation 
Orders may be cancelled at no charge prior to dispatch.

After Dispatch 
If a delivery is cancelled after a driver has been dispatched, a fee may apply based on time and distance traveled.

Failed Pickup 
If a pickup cannot be completed due to:
- Incorrect information 
- No access to location 
- Customer unavailability 

A service fee may be charged.

Refunds 
Refunds are assessed on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.
